At Mega Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Furniture

Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective padding included.

Schedule Pickup or Shipping

For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup; for smaller home decor, drop off the package at any authorized shipping center using our provided label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
